Norwegian speaking Data Analyst

Monthio was started in 2018 and is today a software development company with around 55 employees. Our core product, built on the newest technologies, our best-in-class data analysis and transaction classification is a B2B SaaS service that financial institutions use to automatically get an easy and clear overview of a consumer's financial situation.

What you will do

You will contribute to data analysis and transaction classification in the Norwegian market and help us build smarter financial solutions. In addition you will assist and support our professional customers to solve their daily challenges. 

You will become part of the Data Research team. You will also work closely with the Customer Success team and our other Analysts that work with similar tasks to you, for our other markets. 

You will be responsible for 

• Performing business research on the Norwegian market

• Developing and performing data categorization

• Guiding new colleagues in data categorization practices (once you have learned it yourself)

• Performing simple data analyses

• Performing product and analytical support

• Answering questions from clients via mail or phone

• Do other ad-hoc tasks in collaboration with your teams

Who are you?

You have a general interest in analytics and customers. You want to work cross functionally to improve the customer journey. You are good at identifying problems and gather data to be able to perform statistical analyses. It is an advantage if you have a university degree in a relevant field and previous experience from the financial sector.

• Fluent in English

• A native Norwegian speaker with a good understanding of Norwegian culture, systems and processes

• Customer oriented

Advantage if you also have

• Experience or interest in data and technical set-ups (SQL)

• Experience with data visualisation (we use Power BI)

• It is an advantage if you speak another language, particularly Finnish, German or Dutch

• Relevant university degree & work experience

Expected start-date is as soon as possible and we will be doing interviews on an ongoing basis.

This is a full time position in Copenhagen, Denmark. If you do not live near Copenhagen, but are willing to relocate here on short notice, we are interested in hearing from you.
