Join our dynamic and impactful Revenue Operations team, where you will play a core role in combining the newest Salesforce functionality with an innovative and ambitious commercial organization. We are looking for a highly motivated Salesforce Developer with a unique blend of technical expertise and a keen commercial mindset to join our further expansion into Europe.

The position is full-time, based in Copenhagen.


What would be your responsibilities?

For our Salesforce Developer, we foresee the following responsibilities, but you'll have the opportunity and freedom to influence and define them with us.

  • Spearhead the development and optimization of our Salesforce platform across all departments and all markets in Europe

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success and product teams to tailor CRM solutions that support business objectives.

  • Lead projects within our commercial tech stack from initiation to deployment, ensuring alignment with revenue operations strategies.

  • Analyze CRM processes and data to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in revenue generation.

Requirements:

Things that count as a plus:

  • Revenue Operations Insight: Background in sales operations, marketing operations, or related fields in a SaaS context.

  • System expertise: Familiarity with various systems within a Saas commercial tech stack like CRM, CPQ, prospecting, data flow management, etc.

  • B2B Commercial Experience: Understanding of B2B commercial dynamics, preferably in a SaaS setting.

  • Project Management Excellence: Proven ability to successfully lead technical projects with attention to detail and integrity.

How will this role progress?

It is important to us to be as transparent as possible and to allow you to level expectations for the role. Therefore, we share our impact description in advance and would love your thoughts about it in your cover letter.


During the 1st month, you will:  

  • Understand the Company Culture and Processes: Immerse in the company’s culture, values, and operational methodologies.

  • Learn the Current Salesforce Setup: Get acquainted with the existing Salesforce and Salesforce-related environment, including customizations, workflows, and integrations.

  • Build Relationships: Establish connections with key team members in sales, marketing, customer success and product departments.

  • Initial Assessment: Conduct a preliminary assessment of our current setup's strengths, weaknesses, and potential areas for improvement.

Key Activities:

  • Participate in onboarding sessions and team meetings.

  • Review documentation and reports related to the current system setup.

  • Meet with key stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges.

  • Begin identifying opportunities for quick wins or immediate improvements.


Within 3 months, you will:

  • Deep Dive into Salesforce System: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Salesforce architecture, data flow, and user experiences.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop a deeper understanding of stakeholder requirements and how commercial tech stack can better support these.

  • Strategic Planning: Start formulating a strategic plan for system enhancements, focusing on aligning with revenue operations goals.

Key Activities:

  • Conduct detailed analysis of the most important system processes, user feedback, and performance metrics.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and how our commercial tech stack can better support them.

  • Begin outlining a strategic roadmap for Salesforce and general system enhancements, including prioritizing projects based on impact and feasibility.


Within 6 months, you will:

  • Implement Initial Enhancements: Start rolling out planned enhancements and optimizations to the Salesforce platform and connected commercial tech stack.

  • Track and Measure Impact: Establish metrics to assess the impact of changes made, focusing on revenue operations efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Continuous Improvement: Refine and adjust strategies based on feedback

Key Activities:

  • Execute the first phase of the strategic roadmap, focusing on high-priority enhancements.

  • Continuously gather feedback from users and stakeholders to inform future improvements.

  • Prepare and present a progress report to leadership, outlining achievements, insights, and plans for continued development of our system environment.


Within 12 months, you will:

  • Consolidated System Enhancements: Ensure that all implemented changes are fully integrated and optimized for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Platform Expansion: Explore and initiate advanced Salesforce features and other system implementation that align with evolving business strategies.

  • Establish yourself as a Salesforce thought leader and key influencer in the organization, driving future-focused initiatives.

Key Activities:

  • System Review and Optimization: Conduct a comprehensive review of our commercial tech stack to ensure all enhancements are performing as intended. Optimize any areas that require refinement.

  • Advanced Feature Integration: Research and initiate advanced Salesforce functionalities, such as AI-driven analytics, more complex automation, or deeper integrations with other business tools, to further streamline revenue operations.

  • Training and Empowerment: Develop and implement training programs for Salesforce users, empowering them to leverage the platform more effectively.

  • Feedback Loop: Establish a regular feedback loop with users and stakeholders to continuously adapt and evolve the Salesforce strategy to meet the changing needs of the business.

About our interview process:

We know that going through a recruitment process can be pretty demanding sometimes, so we want you to know what to expect:

  • Call with a member of our Talent Acquisition Team (~30m): introduction to the company, mutual initial expectation leveling.

  • Call with our Director of Revenue Operations, Emil (~45m): Getting to know each other, assessing for mutual fit, introduction to the impact and goals for the position.

  • Collaboration round (~1h): Together with two team members, you will discuss your approach to a problem scenario to assess collaboration fit and ways of working.

  • The practicalities (~45m): Closing talk with our Director of Revenue Operations, Emil, agreeing about compensation, starting date, and all other practical details.


All of our interviews can be conducted remotely, scheduled via email and Google Meet for audio/video calls if you prefer.
