By working as an Office Hero Supervisor at duuo, you will working with the Office Hero department - a team of 30 - 40 dedicated staff members that are serving 50+ customers in central Copenhagen and ensure that the daily operations of the department run smoothly.
For this role, we are looking for an individual with people skills and empathy, possibly with experience in managing a team or being the point of contact for one - a problem solver that is not afraid to jump into the field to solve an emergency, but also has the capacity to reflect on why that emergency happened and suggest potential solutions to avoid the same problem in the future.

A person that spreads life, light and joy when you enter a room (or in a chat).
In possession of an open and welcoming personality.
Equipped with good communication skills (especially in writing) - and the ability to speak/write English at a native language level. (Danish is a plus.)
Customer-oriented and structured. It will be an advantage if you have previously worked with customer care or staff scheduling.
