We are looking for a proactive Product Lead to join our Data team. As a Data Product Lead your primary responsibility will be to plan, maintain and coordinate updates to our existing data product portfolio, as well as to ideate and develop new products.
Our Data team is continuously expanding the product range, catering to both external clients and internal stakeholders to ensure accessible and impactful insights.
Maintain and continuously improve our Data Products, with a monthly or quarterly release cycle.
Present to and support our clients to understand and use insights from our Data Products, valuing their feedback for future product enhancements.
Understand and build data products, from concept to productization, including visualisation of data insights and the opportunity to drive Aegir Insights’ positioning via written insight pieces.
Stay abreast of market developments across the areas that you cover and develop subject matter expertise in the area and for the subjects and products that you are responsible for.
You will be working with a diverse, cross-functional team with highly skilled engineers, data scientists and research analysts to deliver and continuously improve on our Data Products.
Will have an opportunity to shape your own role and responsibilities.
Have approximately 3 to 5 years of experience working in a technical data field and/or experience from the wind sector which has helped you build a keen understanding of requirements towards best-in-class data products.
Good IT skills. Knowledge of, and experience with Python and PostgreSQL is a plus, but not a must.
Are open-minded, curious, and work well in changing contexts.
Hold a relevant degree in Engineering, Data Science, Finance, Economics, Business, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
A client-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering quality.
Priding yourself on delivering best-in-class products.
Understanding how to present and visualise data and complex information in a meaningful and engaging way.
An ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to lead deliveries in a very collaborative environment to bring together skills and insights from diverse teams.
