Job Description

As our new Senior Full Stack Developer you will help lead efforts to take our Rental marketplace and Tenant CRM to the next level. You will be directly involved with defining and building the products that support our customers in the rental process. You will also guide our technical efforts to ensure that we can scale on all parameters. 

We expect to expand the product development team further in the near future, leaving plenty of room for personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build great products in React/NextJS, Tailwind, Python/FastAPI and Java/Kotlin

• Continually optimize our technical setup and architecture

• Provide sparring and guidance to the team, especially concerning frontend architectures and best practices

• Help set the team up for growth

• Contribute ideas to improving the products

Required Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of frontend engineering

• Good understanding of software engineering in general and the ability/desire to take on different roles as needed

• High degree of ownership and self management

• 3 years of experience with React/NextJS

• Pragmatic mindset. You know when to move fast and when to move with utmost care

• Kindness and genuine interest in the success of others and the team as a whole

• A desire to continually grow as a person and a professional

• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering

• 5+ years of experience in software development

• Experience with Python

• Experience working in a startup environment
