We seek a Project Manager/Scrum Master to help facilitate 2-4 smaller teams.
At modl.ai, we aim to make artificial intelligence and machine learning accessible for creators. Our AI engine enables game developers to use game-playing bots to test and evaluate game content during development and to create player-facing bots that simulate human play styles.

As a project manager or scrum master, you work successfully within a team and can build empathetic working relationships across the company. You enjoy being in an international environment and work diplomatically with all organizational levels and areas. You are highly organized and structured but also pragmatic. You can respond effectively to changing priorities reflected by the market where AI is becoming part of daily life.
You will join the project management manager on a small but growing team of project managers/scrum masters management.
The main tasks are to help and support the teams in delivering features/projects and finding the right scope and time.
Call, plan, and facilitate team meetings, e.g.. daily stand-up, pre-planning, sprint reviews, etc.
Help the teams with the use of story points, time estimates, and retrospectives.
Facilitate the team in involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring their availability.
Analyze and share risk evaluations to minimize the potential negative effects on a project.
Together with the team, prepare project plans to track the progress.
Regularly check up, structure, and support the teams with the daily setup in Azure DevOps Boards.
Ensure the team works well together and that new team members are assigned to all relevant team communication and tasks.
Work closely with the team’s product owner to update and prioritize tasks.
Regularly sync with the Manager of project management on processes.
2+ years' experience working as a project/team lead/manager or scrum master.
A supportive and empathetic demeanor.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong English written and verbal skills.
Significant practical experience working with and championing agile methodologies.
Experience working in the software development sector.

Scrum and Agile training experience.
Experience with quality assurance for software and video game development.
Experience with artificial intelligence.
Experience with video game development either at a publisher or a studio.
