The Junior Fellowship is a dynamic, challenging and rewarding program for graduate level students and young professionals. As a Junior Fellow, you will contribute to shaping biosolutions to solve the problems caused by climate change, and most importantly, you will learn to adapt and thrive in the changing biotech startup environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Dive into collaborative biotech research and development projects with early-stage biotech startups.

• Help develop and run our Venture Creation Studio

• Assist in the development of business plans, presentations, and marketing materials

• Helping our current startup projects and co-founders with everything from fundraising, customer acquisition and PoC development (depending on your personal skills, experience and strengths)

• Contribute to workshops in bioentrepreneurship 

• Work on the strategic planning and execution of biotech ventures.

• Commit to dedicating 10 hours weekly at our co-working space or remote

🧍Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Infused with passion for founding and growing biotech startups.

• Excellent team player, capable of not just collaborating but inspiring and motivating others.

• Creative thinker with a thirst to tackle real-life problems through bioinnovation.

• Fluent in English at a professional level

• You have great people & communication skills

• You are legally allowed to work in Denmark (Danish, EU citizen or work permit).

• BSc, MSc or PhD in Biology, Biotechnology, Bio-Business Administration, Business Development, Entrepreneurship, or related fields.

This is an unpaid position. However, we invest in our people and there are always possibilities for full-time roles at NBV in the future.
