Do you have experience managing a team towards a product development goal? The Exo360 Product Team takes a scientific approach to research and development while applying a genuine sense of curiosity and creativity to create products that will truly benefit the lives of people around the world.
We want you to join our team and help us improve the treatment of injured people. In this role, you will manage existing pipelines and create new paths within our product development. You will play an active part in bringing the Exo360®Wrist to market.Â

Co-ordinate with our in-house management and product teams as well as external partners to refine the processes surrounding the design and development of our product.
Skills you will likely apply on the job: leadership, project management, technical knowledge and familiarity with mechanical engineering concepts and project tools, experience with risk management, medical device regulation, and industry knowledge.

Hold an academic degree in mechanical/biomedical/design engineering or a related field, coupled with practical experience in medical device design. Familiarity with modelling and prototyping is essential.
Demonstrate strong project management skills, enabling the breakdown of complex situations into actionable steps and successful execution alongside the product team.
Showcase strong leadership and motivational skills to keep the team happy, focused and productive.
Have experience in innovation processes, facilitation, ideation, and prototyping. Effectively communicate problems, value propositions, solutions, and plans to stakeholders and governance to advance projects and facilitate decision-making.
