Job Title: Sales and Service Specialist (Convenience Sales)

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Service Specialist to join our team, with a particular focus on convenience sales. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring excellent service delivery to our convenience store clients.


Responsibilities:

Convenience Sales:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase our presence and sales in convenience stores, gas stations, and other similar retail outlets.

  • Identify and target potential convenience store clients to expand our customer base in this market segment.

  • Build strong relationships with convenience store owners and managers to secure partnerships and foster ongoing business opportunities.

  • Monitor market trends and competition to identify new sales opportunities and optimize product offerings.

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to convenience store clients, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate processing of orders, as well as smooth coordination and delivery.

  • Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and offer personalized solutions.

  • Proactively address any customer escalations and ensure effective issue resolution.

Sales Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze sales data in the convenience store segment, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Provide regular reports to the management team, detailing sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback.

  • Utilize data-driven insights to make strategic recommendations to enhance our convenience sales strategy.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials, promotions, and campaigns tailored to the convenience store segment.

  • Coordinate with the operations team to optimize logistics and ensure smooth delivery processes for convenience store clients.

  • Work closely with colleagues across departments to share insights, align strategies, and support overall business objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably within the convenience store or retail industry.

  • Strong knowledge of the convenience store market, including key players, trends, and customer preferences.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Self-motivated, with a proactive and results-driven mindset to achieve sales targets and drive continuous improvement.

  • Strong analytical abilities, with the capacity to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategies.
