The worldwide nursing shortage is currently crippling hospitals and care homes, and the new technologies will play a crucial role in saving the healthcare system from collapse. At Teton.ai we operate differently than the traditional companies in the field, by having a relentless focus on the product and users and developing solutions at lightning speed. In 3 years, Teton.ai has developed and commercialized a fully-fledged AI product, used by healthcare workers every day and covering more than 250 patient rooms to date.

The job:

We are looking for a talented frontend engineer, with a high professional integrity who’s craving a journey that’s a little more than the average 9-5.

At Teton.ai you will be working directly with users and the design team to define and create the future of how nurses monitor and document the patient journey. You will be a crucial part of evolving our product, ensuring the highest quality of look, feel, and functionality. You will work to integrate the latest deep learning technologies into an interface that remains approachable to staff who are tired of over-complicated and stale technical products.

There will be a lot of coding, but having boots on the ground and seeing your creation in production, facing the inevitable bugs, and fixing them ASAP is also a big part of the job. You will probably deploy something new to care workers in a real hospital every month.

We expect you to have experience with…

• React & React Native

• Redux (or state management in general)

• NextJS

• TailwindCSS

• Typescript

• UX/UI, working with users & designers
