About Legal Desk

Legal Desk has the ambition to make legal services more accessible to individuals and businesses through automation and technological solutions. Therefore, we have developed a platform that currently has over 150,000 users and around 350,000 visitors each month. We recently entered the Swedish market and launched in Norway in the second half of 2022. In other words, we are not bored, and we constantly need more hands—yours!


We have various departments where we are continuously seeking employees for:

  • Marketing/Communication

  • Business Development

  • UX and Design

  • Customer Service/Case Handling Team

  • Development Team (full-stack development, frontend developers, etc.)

  • Product Development


We have both full-time employees and student assistants employed in the different departments.


Our Culture

We are an international team, currently consisting of 50 employees and the office dog Sigurd (hypoallergenic), located at our office on Islands Brygge. Swedish, Norwegian, Romanian, and Macedonian are spoken around the office, but primarily English. We believe that diversity is a strength, and a good workplace is a diverse workplace.

We make sure to keep you hydrated with free access to various beverages, both cold and hot. It is also in everyone's interest to avoid hangry-related collisions, so we provide fruit and access to a good lunch arrangement that can be tailored for vegetarians and vegans.

On Fridays, there is usually someone grabbing a beer or soda together after work. Regardless of your preference, we respect that you have a life outside the office—especially on Friday evenings. Five to six times a year, we host larger parties and events where friends of the company are invited and treated to special beers from the office's draft beer system.

Additionally, once a year, we go on a trip. It could be anything from a trip to Barcelona to renting a castle in South Funen. During our trips, we have workshops during the day and other shared activities and experiences in the evening.

We aim to create a good work-life balance for our employees, so you have the opportunity to flex during your workweek. If you work as a student assistant with us, you will experience great flexibility in your work. You decide which days to schedule your hours between Monday and Friday, and we understand the need for more freedom during exam periods. Legal Desk is bringing automation to the legal industry in order to democratize the drafting of legal documents. We combine our knowledge and experience with law with the potential of technology to offer our customers a valuable alternative to the traditional lawyer service. Our intelligent software asks the same questions that a lawyer would and automatically generates your legal document ready for signature. We offer legal documents for private use as well as business. We offer our products and services within family law (B2C) and business law (B2B), and are the market leader in Denmark. We have also launched our services in Norway and Sweden, where we are rapidly growing. With more than 200.000 registered users, the platform is undergoing continuous changes and improvements and we are always developing new legal services. Our team currently consists of 48 dedicated people (and one equally ambitious office dog), that all share the nerdy obsession of automating legal processes through our platform. On Fridays there are usually a few colleagues having beers/soft drinks together after work, which is completely optional - we respect that you have a life outside work - also on Fridays EOB. In addition we have smaller team dinners, and five-six times a year we have larger parties and events, where friends of the house are invited to join, and we serve special brewery beers from our brand new "Fadølsanlæg". Lastly we once each year go on a company trip. This year we are visiting a beautiful estate, where we will be doing workshops during the day and have fun and "hygge" in the evening with games, sodas and maybe some wine.
