I am looking for a technical CO-founder who would like to join us in building a service for more than 130 million skiers around the globe! This new venture and your role will originally be set up under Ratoong. When the time comes, we might set up a new entity for the new venture, but that all depends on what product we will end up with.
What is most important is that you love the idea of becoming a CO-founder, being the one who builds the best platform. Female or male - doesn’t matter, you are equally welcome, but we love diversity thus female candidates will definitely be interviewed.

I have worked as a leader for more than 25 years. So you do not need a lot of work experience, but you need to be really good at the technical part and with the right attitude. If you want to be a leader down the line, it’s even better, otherwise, we will find a CTO at that time. Our platform will most likely include AI and algorithms down the line so having an understanding of AI would benefit you. Also, it would be great if you understand the bigger setup - the architecture. But most important is your attitude - the right attitude and a good sense of humor and who loves to have fun at work. This is an opportunity if you would like to learn how to lead a team as I will help you with that aspect.

Work hours at this stage will maybe be a few hours a day. At some point, we will reach product market fit and have secured funding and then we will progress to full-time. This means you are most likely on your master's studies. I am interested in finding a CO-founder with whom I will share close to 50-50%.
