You will have excellent knowledge of the Scandinavian restaurant industry
Passion for fresh produce and excellent product knowledge

Working with the General Manager you will actively seek out new potential customers, make contact and arrange meetings with prospects, so we can continually onboard new customers and grow our businessYou will be expected to build knowledge in order to have a complete understanding of Natoora products, where they are grown, and the farming ethos behind them
To sell - ensure customers are aware of our product range by constantly promoting our app (once launched), whatsapp updates and actively taking samples or inviting the team to the warehouse for tours
Build relationships with the customers and make sure that they feel like they are well looked after and will continue to use Natoora if they open new sites or move to different companies
Address any issues customers may have and make sure that you are working as a team to make sure that the most efficient processes are in place to ensure the best possible customer service
Brand ambassador – spread the mission to Revolutionise the Food System. Be the face of Natoora and sell our brand and service accordingly.
RELATIONSHIP BUILDING:
In creating a good relationship with the customer, they need to understand the value you can bring to them and they trust that you will provide this. It is important to be relaxed so you can really get to know the chef and their requirements whilst you are being yourself. Being authentic is key.
UNDERSTANDING YOUR CUSTOMER:
We are constantly wanting to improve our service, which means we must continually do menu research for new & existing customers. We should follow the market trends and have a deep knowledge of what is happening across the food industry. It will be your responsibility to be updated by using social media, google search and liaising with clients. The goal is to make all accounts feel like Natoora is always present and looking after them – if they come to you for information, favours etc, that is a good sign. Note that some chefs like more contact than others.
UPSELLING:
Tailored suggestions & sampling products – it is important to taste products with chefs as much as possible. If samples are sent without a visit, it is important to follow up with the chef, but always try to be present and prepare your own samples from the warehouse. Being able to offer tailored suggestions engages the chef more and encourages them to listen and creates space for creativity. This means, it is your responsibility to have a personal knowledge about our products – cooking/tasting them yourself, means you can provide a personal and genuine input.
**It is important to note that we are a small team building Natoora Denmark from the ground up. This means that your responsibilities will vary and you must be willing to work in all areas of the business. We are here to support each other and to ensure that together we build Natoora Denmark into a well known business at the forefront of what we do. It is expected that you help in stock management, warehouse operations, making deliveries and much more. So having the right attitude is a must along with an eagerness to learn every aspect and to share ideas whilst being able to take direct orders.
