Seasony was founded with the belief that robotics and automation are the keys to a future of vertical farming. Our goal is to enable vertical farming to be profitable, scalable, efficient and pave the way for a sustainable agricultural transformation. 

Get the opportunity to work with larger complex electrical systems all the way from big electrical kilo-Watt motors and all the way down to the design of PCB boards. You will gain practical knowledge in designing and testing and get to procure and test multiple iterations of your designs. Furthermore, you will get to program the firmware of microcontrollers to work with sensors on the autonomous robots and talk with the rest of the distributed and connected system.   

We are looking for someone who: 

• Is excited about designing, building, testing and iterating  

• Is structured in their design and testing 

• Is enthusiastic about electronics design and proud of their work 

• Wants to work in an environment that is fast paced and full of new learnings and fun! 

Tasks you’ll be involved in: 

• Designing, reading and implementing electrical diagrams  

• Specify parts and general procurement   

• Participating in the upcoming development and manufacturing of our new robot series 

• From January we will be getting the mechanical parts for our newest iteration of the robot where you will get to participate in a larger team to assemble, bring-up, test and debug this new robot 

• Microcontroller programming for robotics and sensors in C/C++ 

• Agile project management including stand-ups, Sprint planning and retrospectives 

• Interdisciplinary discussions with mechanical, robotics and software engineers but also business and web development colleagues
