As a Clinical Application Specialist, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technology and clinical practice. The Clinical Application Specialist (CAS) will deliver clinical and operational expertise by providing excellent education and training support to healthcare providers, radiologists, and internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and utilisation of our AI radiology software solutions.You will also be responsible for prospecting and securing new clients.


Responsibilities:

Clinical Expertise:

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of radiology workflows, protocols, and procedures.

Stay current with industry trends, medical guidelines, and emerging technologies related to medical imaging.

Product Implementation:

Lead the implementation of our AI radiology software in healthcare facilities.

Work closely with IT teams and radiology staff to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Training and Education:

Provide comprehensive outcome-based education and training sessions for end-users, including radiologists, technicians, and support staff.

Collaborate and coordinate the delivery of customer training with a targeted integrated account management approach including sales and project management

Business Development and New Customer Acquisition:

You will leverage your clinical expertise to secure new business through a consultative approach, developing solution-focused selling strategies which resonate with Physicians   

Up to 50% of time spent on prospecting and selling activities 

Clinical Support:

Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal system performance.

Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex technical challenges.

Feedback and Improvement:

Gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement and new feature development.

Communicate user needs and insights to the product development team for continuous enhancement.

Collaboration:

Foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and internal stakeholders.

Act as a liaison between clinical users and the product development team to ensure alignment with user requirements.


Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in a relevant healthcare field (e.g. Radiography, Emergency Nursing)

Prior experience in a clinical setting, preferably in radiology or medical imaging.

Strong understanding of medical imaging technologies and diagnostic processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong and effective teaching and presentation skills

Ability to translate clinical needs into actionable product features.


Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years clinical experience

Previous commercial experience

Familiarity with PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) and RIS (Radiology Information System).

Ability to multi-task and make independent decisions while working in a fast-paced environment with multiple and changing priorities.


After one month…

You’ll know all your new colleagues and understand how your role will synergize between the Sales, Clinical and Product teams within Radiobotics. You will have met with our key customers in the Nordics to learn how they use RBfracture to improve their workflows. 


After 3 months…

You will already have made a significant impact in optimising our implementation processes. We will rely on your clinical experience to act as our expert on customer meetings and onboardings. You will concurrently have prospected new sites alongside potential expansion and upsell of Radiobotics products within existing customers.


After 6 months…

You will be the RB go-to person when it comes to our customers and their needs. You will have designed our new user training programme and the customer feedback which you have compiled will be on the product roadmap for future versions of RBfracture. Our customers view you as their trusted expert advisor and your sales results prove it.
