WeCode A/S is seeking a Senior Customer Lead who can take our sales and client relations to the next level!
You will work in a fun and innovative environment helping our clients to reach new heights of digitalization, while being the orchestrator for wecode increasing client-centricity and delivery excellence.
As a Senior Customer Lead you get to work in the sweet spot between client relations, project management and technical delivery. You will ensure outstanding client management in terms of KAM structure and processes; you will support your technical team in understanding and agreeing scope with the client while enforcing excellent project management.
You will also take the responsibility of coaching and supporting fellow Customer Leads, while being a force in inventing concepts and marketing ensuring new accounts for wecode.
AND yes – this means you will be setting new standards across wecode’s value chain - pushing sales, marketing, project management AND technical delivery across your clients.
Experienced with relation and solution sales from professional services (from development or tech implementations would be great)
Passionate about tech and development – and experience with design and UX would be a plus.
Structured in your approach to project management – SCRUM experience and/or certifications would be preferred.
Curious and eager to help wecode transforming our client management approach. Here KAM frameworks and industry insights would be ideal.
