Seasoned Developer with Flutterflow Experience: Senior Mentorship Role

The Role:

As a Technical Advisor with senior experience in Flutterflow, you will play a critical role in supporting our junior developer interns. Your primary responsibility will be to provide hands-on guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise, ensuring the successful implementation of key features in our mobile application.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with our No-code developer interns and founder to provide technical guidance and solutions.
Conduct virtual hands-on sessions with developer interns.
Review and optimize the implementation of app features to meet best practices and standards.
Assist in setting up and refining the app's database logic using Supabase, in collaboration with our backend advisor.
Motivate and stimulate a good working environment for the 1-3 interns you will be mentoring.

Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced Flutterflow Expert who can bring:

Proven experience with Flutterflow and mobile app development.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to guide and mentor junior developers.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts and solutions.
Curiosity, empty and motivation to pass on your skills to support the growth of others.
