We’re looking for a freelance salesperson with a passion for sustainability and sales.
Are you interested in sustainability, fair trade, circularity and the UNSGDs? Do you feel energized when talking to new people about meaningful things? Do you have experience in sales or think you could excel at it? If so, you might be the person we are looking for.
In 2019 the company Indo Naturals was founded in Norway with the mission of creating exciting and easily adoptable zero-waste products for sustainable everyday living. We wanted to deliver these products not only with the environment in focus, from raw material to delivered product, but also create social impact and empower marginalized people in rural India through the production. Creating a supply chain to achieve this was a huge challenge. However, it resulted in a system providing the ability to source various fair trade and eco-conscious products in an effective, transparent way through fair trade monitoring and impact measuring. After creating this we saw the opportunities for contributing to creating impact also outside of our own brand.
In 2021, we started working on expanding our model to also source products for other companies. This model is called Source For Future and aims to give the business market access to impact products with a focus on impact measuring, and product storytelling. Read more on www.sourceforfuture.com
With the support of our supply chain system and sustainability reports managed by our operations team, you will have the task of showing EU and UK B2B buyers all the amazing opportunities there are to empower people, reduce pollution, and create a more circular and transparent consumer economy through their product sourcing.
As a part of the sales team, you get ownership to several potential buyers/leads in an industry that you are familiar with. You will research the leads, call from our cloud-based calling system, send email catalogs, and follow up. The position is highly flexible, and you are compensated based on the sales income. This means that you can sit anywhere and work when you want and how much you want, as long as your contacts are followed up regularly. The digital system traces the sales so you can easily see how much your client has bought from us.

Great social skills
Ability to quickly learn about new products and business models
Research skills so you can quickly understand the lead’s needs before contact
Ability to quickly learn to use a new digital platform
Excellent language skills (English, and national language)
Fair, open and soft sales skills (representing our brand in the right way means a non-pushy, dialogue-based sales approach)
Experience in sales is a big plus

As a freelancer, you will need to have a legal entity in which you can invoice us for your sales
You are required to regularly keep in touch with the contact assigned to you (as per agreement)
