The Role

We're looking for a Junior Market Validation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is at the heart of what we do, requiring a unique blend of graphic design, UX/UI design, copywriting, and data analysis skills. Your primary responsibilities will include creating compelling ads and visuals, designing stunning landing pages, developing online campaigns, and analyzing performance data to ensure the effectiveness of our market validation tests.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create engaging ads, visuals, and landing pages that convey our clients' value propositions.

• Work collaboratively with clients, often supporting our team in workshops to align objectives and gather feedback.

• Assist in executing digital campaigns across various channels including social media.

• Analyze and report on campaign performance, and determine the appropriate next steps with the client.

• Continuously learn and adapt to new tools and trends to enhance our offering and streamline our process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design, UX/UI design, and copywriting.

• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually compelling and effective marketing materials.

• Excellent communication skills, comfortable in client-facing situations.

• Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple projects with varying deadlines.

• Quick learner with an eagerness to embrace new challenges.

• Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar analytics tools is a plus.
