As our Product Marketing Student Assistant, you'll experience a diverse set of tasks that change with our projects, offering you the autonomy to shape the role according to your strengths and ambitions. Mainly you will focus on writing compelling copy and content for internal and external use in Danish and English. The role may also include setting up and participating in interviews with customers and vendors and researching new projects for upcoming initiatives.
To succeed in this role, we believe you are an outgoing, collaborative generalist with experience writing content. We do not expect you to have experience in product development, as long as you are open learning and not hesitant to ask questions. We expect you to be working between 15-20 hours per week, or what works with your education.
In this role, you will be working closely with our product and marketing experts on various projects - and also collaborate with design, engineers, and customer success on occasion. You can expect to work on a variety of both fixed projects and ad hoc tasks. We are a small team, meaning every member is integral to the success of the team and the product! We focus on working together and continuously evaluating our processes to improve quality and smooth delivery.
Write copy and content for internal and external use
Set up and participate in customer & vendor interviews, to collect insights or write content
Write articles, release announcements and customer stories to be published on our marketplace and social media channels
Assist with user research, market research, and analysis
Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken)
You are currently studying a business, communication, marketing or IT-related field, either in your last year of bachelor level or at master level
Able to come to our office in Copenhagen at least once per week
You can plan and organize your tasks and time
You have an eye for detail - meaning when writing texts or preparing material, you take care in being methodical and ensure communication is super clear!
