We are now hiring a Senior Content Specialist who will be responsible for creating written content and a distinctive voice of Penneo.
You will report to our Brand and Communications Manager and have our awesome Marketing, Sales and Product Teams as your closest collaborators.
The position is full-time and based in Copenhagen.
For our Senior Content Specialist, we foresee the following responsibilities, but you'll have the opportunity and freedom to influence and define them with us.
Create and manage our Anti Money Laundering (AML) influencer content strategy (incl. webinar campaigns + high-impact content)
Create high- to mid-funnel written content such as guides, blog posts and customer stories
Own Penneo’s Social Media strategy and execution
Support the Brand & Comms Manager with the roll-out of our new positioning strategy and defining our "campaign" platform
Support on defining Penneo’s tone of voice and writing guidelines
Partnership co-marketing activities
Paid content support (mid- to upper funnel)
Ad-hoc campaign content support
Support with PR content/distribution
Ensure consistency and quality of all written content

Have proven copywriting experience with great writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Are an excellent communicator with full proficiency in English and Danish
Have a strong understanding of channel and content strategies
Have a creative mind with an eye for layout and design
Can transform complex subjects into engaging written content and be commercially minded
Are a great collaborator who is good at coordinating projects
Thrive in a fast-paced environment; we are growing very rapidly and therefore you should be able to cope with constant change
Having experience with B2B SaaS is considered a plus

We know that going through a recruitment process can be pretty demanding sometimes, so we want you to know what to expect:
Call with a member of our Talent Acquisition Team (~30m): introduction to the company, mutual initial expectation leveling.
Call with our Brand and Communications Manager (~45m): Getting to know each other, assessing for mutual fit, introduction to the impact and goals for the position.
Collaboration round (~1h): Together with two team members, you will discuss your approach to a problem scenario to assess collaboration fit and ways of working.
The practicalities (~45m): Closing talk with CMO/Brand and Communications Manager agreeing about compensation, starting date, and all other practical details.
All of our interviews can be conducted remotely, scheduled via email and Google Meet for audio/video calls if you prefer.
