We have disrupted training of assembly workers in manufacturing by building a market-leading product that automatically transforms existing engineering data to effective virtual training in 3D. Customers save tons of resources in their production by training assembly operators much faster and helping them make less mistakes.

We have started in the automotive industry where our software has already been used by customers like BMW, Opel, PSA and Chrysler. Global investors perceive “blue collar software” as one of the most exciting and promising areas of B2B software.

We will be starting new big projects in the coming months, and we are looking for a Tech Lead to help take us to the next level. We want to continue to improve our platform while expanding and delivering the solution to some of the biggest and most demanding international companies.

Who are you

• Strong capabilities in Unity and C#

• Working knowledge of ASP.NET/.NET Core and databases

• 5+ years of relevant experience

• Relevant education at university level

• Embrace frameworks and design patterns

• Ready to lead and grow our development team

• Entrepreneurial mindset (innovative self-starter, optimistic, hardworking)

• Knowledge of digital training, B2B software and CAD/PLM in Manufacturing is a plus but not a requirement
