👩💻 The role As our Learning Store Creator, you’ll be key in maintaining and developing learning content for our Learning Store. The Learning Store is an important subscription-based product within our Learning Lifecycle Platform (B2B). With the Learning Store, our customers can purchase ready-made content, which they can either use as is or customise further using the Learningbank platform. To succeed in the role, your focus will be on creating impactful content and learner journeys for the deskless workforce within the industries of Production, Retail, and Hospitality. Therefore, your goal is to create value for our customers and their employees (the learners).
This also means that you should be ready to reimagine e-learning, because you are on a mission to create learning that leads to real-life behavior change, enabling relatable learning through practical scenarios.
This role places you in a dynamic project team alongside the CEO, VP of Operations, and our People & Development Manager. You’ll be the lead and executor of content creation for the Learning Store. The role can develop over time, and you can be a part of shaping it, as you one day maybe aspire to be a Product Owner.
Exceute the Roadmap: Your key responsibility will be to bring the topics of our Roadmap to life. To do so, your day-to-day tool will be our authoring tool and the capabilities of the Learningbank Platform.
Master the Learningbank platform: With the Learningbank platform as your primary tool, you must master the platform. You will ensure that the Learningbank platform and the Learning Store work harmoniously together.
Create Learning Content: You lead in developing and maintaining a diverse range of learning topics. Your mission is to create learning that not only engages learners, but changes behavior. Understand end-users (the learners) to gain deep insights into their learning needs, trends and preferences.
Industry Understanding: Address organisational pain points, enhance learning efficiency, and simplify L&D administrators' tasks to improve customer ROI and learning experience.
Learner-Centric Mindset: Develop learning and learner journeys that lead to real-life behavior change. You are interested in ensuring that the learning content meets its objectives; therefore, you are naturally interested in analysing the engagement.
Project Management and Proactivity: You can proactively manage the roadmap and meet deadlines with a solutions-focused mindset. Therefore, we imagine that others would describe you as a structured doer.
Content Development: You want to create learning with clear objectives to meet the needs of deskless learners. You believe that learning should create a change in behavior. Your primary tool will be our authoring tool in the Learningbank Platform, but video editing skills could be an advantage.
On the floor Experience: You want to transition from on-the-floor training in retail or production to creating and designing scenario-based learning content for deskless learners. You want to develop engaging learning and brief life into learning experiences. In other words, you have walked the walk, and are ready to talk the talk!
Learner-Centric Approach: You can understand the challenges and needs of deskless learners and develop learning content for Production, Retail and Hospitality. Focus on customer and employee preferences when developing content.
Communication Skills: You have proficiency in both Danish and English, verbally and in writing, to communicate complex topics in a simple, understandable manner for learners.
Our cool headquarters is on Holmbladsgade 133, Amager, Copenhagen, close to the beach, Kløvermarken, padel yards, great bars, restaurants, etc. Even though we have our physical headquarters, we offer great flexibility, meaning that you have the freedom to schedule days when you are working remotely.
