As a Sales and Marketing Manager at Theia Hub Learn, you will work closely with the CEO of the company to drive the success of our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include creating and executing marketing campaigns, developing a go-to-market strategy, producing marketing content and external communications, exploring and developing our future business partnerships. You will be an essential part of our company's growth story, working in a fast-paced, innovative environment with opportunities to have a direct impact on our business.
Campaign Development: Create and implement marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Go-To-Market Strategy: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for our language learning products.
Content Creation: Generate engaging and informative marketing content across various channels, including social media, email, blogs, and website.
External Communications: Manage external communication efforts to enhance brand awareness and engage with our target audience.
Business Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with relevant organizations and influencers to expand our reach and drive business growth.
Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives to optimize strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Strong passion for entrepreneurship, education, and online marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., YouTube Ads, email marketing, social media analytics etc).
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
