Our office is located in the heart of Copenhagen on the colorful Studiestræde in a backyard building, where the magic happens.
Key Responsibilities:
As our Chief Technology Officer, you will be responsible for:
Technology Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.
Technical Leadership: Build, lead and manage a potential remote team, to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development process, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of high-quality products and solutions.
Innovation: Identify emerging technologies, trends, and opportunities to enhance our competitive advantage and drive business growth.
Technical Architecture: Establish and maintain a robust technical architecture and infrastructure to support the company's current and future needs.
Security and Compliance: Ensure the security and compliance of all technology systems, protecting company data and maintaining industry and regulatory standards.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and technology investments.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to align technology initiatives with overall company objectives.
Vendor and Partner Management: Evaluate, select, and manage technology vendors, partners, and service providers to support company needs.
To be the perfect match for this role, ideally you have:
· Proven experience from tech development project(s) and preferably demonstrated success in delivering innovative and scalable technology solutions
· Management skills / experience (or will be able to manage a remote development team)
· Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies
· Passion for driving technology innovation and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry developments
· Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
· Effective communication and collaboration skills
