The Solution Expert will be a trusted partner for Go Autonomous' customers. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our customers understand our software solutions and integrate and utilize them effectively within their IT infrastructure. You will be the cornerstone of our their journeys, guiding them through the technical aspects of onboarding and ensuring seamless integration of our services with their existing systems.
You will:
Serve as a technical advisor and product advocate, providing support and troubleshooting for integration and IT-related inquiries.
Collaborate with the product development and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and insights regarding the product's technical aspects.
Coordinate discussions between IT and development teams on the customer's side to ensure seamless integration, focusing on environment connectivity, API specifications, and authentication methods.
Effectively translate and convert business requirements into specific Go Autonomous integration team development tasks.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the onboarding process and customer success initiatives.
We are looking for persons with:
Minimum of 3 years of customer-facing experience in a technical role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of SaaS products and the enterprise software ecosystem.
Experience with software integration, API management, and enterprise IT infrastructures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Software development experience.
Proficiency in additional languages is a plus for supporting global customers.
