Location: Onsite in either Oslo, Copenhagen, Helsinki or Stockholm

About you

For our upcoming cohort in February 2024, we are looking for Business Strategy and Commercial Leaders as well as Full Stack Developers who want to build the next disruptive tech venture from scratch!

As a Business and Commercial Leader, you will play an instrumental role as Co-founder, mainly responsible for developing the business model, running the operations, and identifying market gaps.

As Full Stack Developer, you will play an instrumental role as Co-founder, mainly responsible for the tech/product side of the business, developing and improving software and platforms utilizing cutting-edge technologies.

Do you have the right skills to build a successful start-up:

• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills

• Ability to work in a team and build relationships across markets and functions

• Comfortable working with leadership teams and venture capital investors

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of breaking down complex issues and bringing structure into business cases

• Passionate about solving real pain points and challenges that industries and consumers face

• Optional: have an idea that solves a problem you're passionate about, but you understand the need for co-pilots who share your vision and values
