THE ROLE

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Copenhagen for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will be responsible for a team of 3+ employees owning the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. In addition, the Finance Manager will be responsible for providing financial guidance and recommendations to the executive team, as well as managing relationships with external partners and stakeholders.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the finance team- managing and developing 3+ employees

  • Own financial budgeting and forecasting, presenting it to the board of directors

  • Own cash flow forecasting and cash management across legal entities

  • Align and enforce financial requirements and internal financial processes across teams

  • Implement scalable financial systems and reporting technology solutions

  • Responsibility for ensuring accounting, audits and tax filing in DK, UK, FR, NOR and DE

  • Responsible for relationships with banks, auditors and tax authorities 

  • Guide employment compliance and execution for salaries in DK, FR, DE, NOR and UK

  • Ensure VAT compliance - we operate with and without VAT

  • Contract reviews/QA - employees, suppliers, real estate partners, customers

  • E-boks, Denmark statistik, refusioner

  • Ad hoc risk assessments

  • Transfer pricing


YOU

  • Have 3-5 years experience as a Finance Manager in Denmark 

  • Previous experience running payroll, budgeting and auditing in Denmark

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in the real estate, hospitality, or technology industry preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus

  • Experience with financial system- E-conomic and pay-roll system- Danløn is a plus

  • Experience with German regulations is a plus
