Based in Copenhagen, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of our technology stack and mentoring our junior to mid-level engineers. About the job

• Lead and manage software development projects from inception to completion.

• Mentor junior to mid-level engineers, providing them with the guidance and support they need to grow.

• Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define project specifications.

• Set technical guidelines and best practices for the engineering team to follow.

• Write, test, and maintain high-quality code primarily in Java.

• Design and optimize MongoDB and SQL databases to align with application needs.

• Ensure project timelines are met and milestones are completed on schedule.

Bonus Points

• Experience with Kubernetes is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in Frontend technologies, specifically VueJS, is a plus.

• Substantial experience in Java, MongoDB, and SQL databases.

• Proven track record of leading software projects to successful completion.

• Excellent mentoring skills with the ability to uplift junior to mid-level engineers.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.

• Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The company language is English
