As our marketing and sales assistant, you'll be in touch with the whole team but you'll be working mainly with our CEO Barbora. You’ll be working on a wide range of projects, helping us with setting up processes and taking them forward, doing research, and assisting with online and offline marketing campaigns and activities, partnerships, and business development.

OUR SHIFT is a young fashion startup with a mission to shift the (fashion) world into a more responsible one. We focus on upcycling clothes combined with activism. Even though we are building a fashion brand, we are not business as usual. We're finding new ways to do things better with environmental and social responsibility in mind. We are two founders - Milan - the creative director and fashion designer, and Barbora, the CEO and business strategist. The mix of our backgrounds is what makes us learn from each other every day and thrive. That's why we find it important to build a team diverse not only in skills but also in origin, identity, or other life experiences to inspire one another. OUR SHIFT is a small but growing company that offers space for your growth too.

What you'll do:

• assist Barbora with tasks related to marketing and PR, operations, project management

• understand our goals and based on them co-create tasks and execute them

• reach out to external partners, customers, or other stakeholders

• documentation of our processes

We appreciate if:

• you're studying a program relevant to this position

• you're curious and bring ideas on how to move things forward

• you're not afraid to take initiative

• you have an interest in fashion and sustainability

• you're eager to learn new things

Possible experience with:

• Digital marketing 

• Project management

• CMS systems 

• Google Drive, Suite & Products, MS Excel 

• Adobe suite or Canva
