As our project and business assistant, you'll be in touch with the whole team but you'll be working mainly with our CEO Barbora. You’ll be working on a wide range of projects, business development, partnerships, sales, budgeting, and financial analysis.

About us

OUR SHIFT is a young fashion startup with a mission to shift the (fashion) world into a more responsible one. We focus on upcycling clothes combined with activism. Even though we are building a fashion brand, we are not business as usual. We're finding new ways to do things better with environmental and social responsibility in mind. We are two founders - Milan - the creative director and fashion designer, and Barbora, the CEO and business strategist. The mix of our backgrounds is what makes us learn from each other every day and thrive. That's why we find it important to build a team diverse not only in skills but also in origin, identity, or other life experiences to inspire one another. OUR SHIFT is a small but growing company that offers space for your growth too.

What you'll do:

• support Barbora with project coordination and management, ensuring timely execution and delivery.

• assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and Excel-based tasks to drive effective decision-making.

• draft and edit written content for various purposes, such as reports, marketing materials, and emails.

• provide sales support, including lead generation, client communication, and proposal development.

• participate in team meetings and contribute with innovative ideas

• understand our goals and based on them co-create tasks and execute them

• You have great organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks

• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• you have an interest in fashion and sustainability

• you're eager to learn new things

• You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Danish language skills are a plus.

• You have previous experience in project management, budgeting, or sales

Possible experience with:

• Project management

• CMS systems 

• Google Drive, Suite & Products, MS Excel 

• Adobe Suite or Canva
