As our e-commerce intern you'll be in touch with the whole team, mainly with our CEO Barbora and the design team. Your main focus is to make our e-commerce stand out. We want you to take care of our e-commerce platform including preparing and launching new collections, updating product layout, reporting on analytics, and generating new ideas for the development of the website.

OUR SHIFT is a young fashion startup with a mission to shift the (fashion) world into a more responsible one. We focus on upcycling clothes combined with activism. Even though we are building a fashion brand, we are not business as usual. We're finding new ways to do things better with environmental and social responsibility in mind. We are two founders - Milan - the creative director and fashion designer, and Barbora, the CEO and business strategist. The mix of our backgrounds is what makes us learn from each other every day and thrive. That's why we find it important to build the team diverse not only in skills but also in origin, identity, or other life experience to inspire one another. What you’ll do:

• Manage the e-commerce platform, including product uploads, order processing, and customer service.

• Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute online campaigns, including email marketing and social media initiatives.

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and make recommendations to improve online sales.

• Analyse e-commerce data to measure the effectiveness of our online campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with the Design team to ensure that product descriptions and visuals are accurate and up-to-date.

• Support the team with day-to-day tasks related to e-commerce operations.

Possible experience with:

• Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Shopify or other e-commerce platform

• HTML/CSS, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

• Digital marketing
