Currently, we’re looking for a Business Product Manager to join our team – preferably working out of our HQ in Copenhagen, Denmark, but we invite all remotely located able to frequently & feasible visit the office “IRL” to apply also.

As part of the Product Management trio, you will be the visionary compass crafting market-aligned sustainable platform products and pointing towards sustainability-driven market trends and business solutions – working closely together with Technical Product Manager & Product Owner, senior management team, as well as other key internal and external stakeholders.

• Lead the vision and product roadmap for the platform so as to empower sustainability management for our users & stakeholders.

• Collaborate with internal teams & senior management to ensure product offerings resonate with our target audience, business values, strategy and embody our vision.

• Liaise with the Technical Product Manager to ensure alignment on product development priorities and timelines as well as efficient execution – as well as with the Chief Commercial Officer to ensure the viability and marketability of our product offerings.

• Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to understand their sustainability needs and challenges as well as foster closely knit relationships – through the Customer Advisory Board among other stakeholder fora, market channels, and events.

• Analyze, research and integrate market trends related to sustainable businesses.

• Strategize – develop and refine product strategies that are aligned with market demands and sustainability goals.

• Drive product launches, ensuring products are market-ready and aligned with sustainability goals.

• Generate product and industry-related content for the website, social media and webinars.

YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU:

• Have a background in product management and/or sustainability management – especially in B2B SaaS businesses.

• Are familiar with the travel, tourism, and hospitality industry's sustainability challenges and trends.

• Hold excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Possess a deep understanding of market demands and trends related to sustainability.

• Are experienced in aligning products with company values and vision.

• Are proactive, analytical, and data-driven in decision-making.

• Have a collaborative spirit and can engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Are motivated by creating change in the business world towards a more sustainable future.
