Penneo started with three people who had the ambition of reducing the hassle of getting documents signed by delivering a digital signature platform. Then, we evolved into a set of solutions for automating workflows related to client onboarding (KYC), signing, and document management.
Following our listing on Nasdaq Copenhagen Main Market in April 2022, we are now, more than ever, in a position to execute our European expansion strategy and scale our operations to maximize value to our existing and future customers.
Who are we looking for?
We now have the opportunity to look for a Flemish-French-speaking Marketing Assistant to join our Global Brand & Communications team.
The Flemish-speaking Marketing Assistant will report to our Global Brand and Communication Manager but work closely with our local Belgium team, to create and localize marketing content for the Belgium market and contribute further to our expansion efforts. To be successful in this position, you need to be a self-starter, capable of delivering creative ideas and showing attention to detail.
This is a part-time position (15-20 hours a week). The position is based in our Copenhagen office.
This is a unique opportunity to join a small dedicated team acting as a “start-up” within the larger organization, providing a lot of autonomy and learning opportunities.
What would be your responsibilities?
For our Flemish-French speaking Marketing Assistant, we foresee the following responsibilities:
Ownership of marketing content localization such as monthly newsletters, social media, SEO, PR, email marketing, paid advertising
Supporting on research and coordination of local events in the Belgium market
Supporting on copywriting tasks
Support on organic and paid social media content creation
Support with localized Sales Enablement material
Conducting marketing research on competitors and industry trends
Ad hoc tasks supporting the rest of the marketing organization

Have excellent communication and writing skills in French and Flemish
Currently studying marketing, communications, business strategy or similar
Have a deadline-driven mentality and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Be passionate about putting skills into play in a fast-paced environment and giving and receiving constructive feedback to ensure continuous development
Be curious and eager to learn about marketing best practices and how to implement them
Be driven by international fast growing scale-up work culture
About our interview process:
We know that going through a recruitment process can be pretty demanding sometimes, so we want you to know what to expect:
Intro/discovery call with a member of our Brand & Comms Team (~30m): introduction to the company, impact and goals for the position and mutual initial expectation leveling.
Small role-specific assignment provided (roughly two hours expected work)
Meet two of your future colleagues from the Marketing- and Belgium team and present your assignment + Q/A session
All of our interviews can be conducted remotely, scheduled via email and Google Meet for audio/video calls if you prefer. Please submit your application in English.
