Your impact

The Engagement Manager will be the trusted partner for Go Autonomous customers. You will be the first point of contact on strategic and operational topics. You'll be the magician ensuring our customers love working with Go Autonomous so that it becomes a selling word of mouth.

You will:

• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in our customers' companies.

• Provide strategic and relevant recommendations and growth drivers to co-create success plans.

• Guide new customers through our onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and rapid adoption of our tools/services.

• Monitor customer health indicators, identify risk, and work cross-functionally to deliver against growth and retention metrics.

• Act as the voice of the customer to provide product feedback to the internal team and vice versa.

Requirements

We are looking for persons with:

• Graduated Master's Degree. 

• 3+ years of experience in project management in a business function, digital commerce, or transformation unit in a B2B international organization or customer success in a B2B Enterprise SaaS.

• Energetic and self-driven individual with a proactive approach, enthusiastic for challenges, and enjoys fast-paced, dynamic environments.

• Solid verbal and written communication abilities (English) and robust presentation and interpersonal relationship skills.

• Business-driven analytics mindset.

• Enjoys B2B space.

It will be fantastic if you have:

• Management Consulting Experience: Prior experience in a management consulting role or similar, with demonstrated success in project management and strategic planning.

• Obsessed with Customer Success: Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and experience, with the ability to go above and beyond to achieve excellent customer service.

• Basic IT Knowledge: Familiarity with IT concepts like APIs, CRM, ERP systems, etc.
