You will be responsible to secure our customer journey from the first meeting to a happy long-term customer relationship
And what we expect from you...
ensure our customers' satisfaction and ensure they receive the individual care and good service you would expect yourself.
work closely with the sales department. Together, you must ensure the best sales processes for both the customers and duuo.
understand and know our services/ products so that you can advise our customers on the best individual solutions and products for exactly their office
manage communication with key stakeholders (both internal and external)
help identify problems based on customer feedback to optimize our products/services and processes.
You are:
interested to work with the combination of sales and operations, including an in-depth understanding of the various services duuo can offer
have good strategic understanding
customer-oriented, structured and quick to form an overview. It will be an advantage if you have previously worked with sales, event coordination or key account management
a person that spreads life, light and joy when you enter a room (or in a chat).
in possession of an open and welcoming personality.
equipped with good communication skills (especially in writing) - and the ability to speak/write Danish and English at a native language level.
ambitious, determined and wanting to learn a lot with a ‘Can-do attitude’
