Traditional headhunting is outdated and certainly not suited for the fast-moving and vibrant startup scene. After acquiring The Hub earlier this year, we began building a new headhunter light service around our 370k+ talent pool, aiming to lower both complexity and cost. When our first customer, Reshape Biotech, hired a Senior Software Engineer in 3 weeks for the price of 19,990 DKK, we knew we were onto something.
Over the past few months we’ve been lucky enough to test and fine-tune our new headhunter light service on 60+ positions at 40 growth companies across the Nordics. We’ve failed a lot, we’ve learnt a lot, and we’ve also successfully bridged several startups and scale-ups with key hires at the fraction of the cost associated with traditional headhunting. Now, we feel ready to take it one step further.
As our new Recruitment Success Manager you will play a key role in driving growth and building long-term relationships with key individuals at our rapidly growing list of customers, from early stage growth startups looking for their key first employees to world-famous scaleups used by millions looking for highly specialized talent. Our success depends solely on our ability to secure hires for our clients, and the perfect candidate needs to master relationship management, sales, and recruitment.
This is an onsite position where you’ll work from Matrikel1 at the heart of Copenhagen most of the time, with some expected traveling in the Nordics.
Actively sell the Headhunter service to grow our customer list and be the first point of contact for new customers ready to get started with Headhunter, conducting presentations, assessing hiring needs, and providing expert guidance and advice to set us up for success.
Manage a customer portfolio with several companies and positions simultaneously, cultivating and growing relationships with key stakeholders that empower the client and deepen their relationship with The Hub.
Screen incoming applications for our Headhunter positions, syncing regularly with clients to flag strong fits, ensuring that all potential hires are processed fast.
Use your knowledge of the market and the client to suggest improvements to drive performance, as well as identify opportunities for upselling, cross selling and service renewal.
Keep up-to-date with hiring trends in the startup industry and continue to expand your knowledge of recruitment processes through internal and external offerings to best enable you to act as a trusted advisor.
You have experience from both recruitment and sales/CS roles.
You have a track record of good results in your previous jobs.
A people person: you are well-liked by your work relations, driven by your genuine interest in other people. You’re empathic, energetic, humorous and love to leave a lasting impression on anyone you meet.
A client-centric mindset: obsessed with client outcomes, doing what it takes to deliver the client’s expectations, understanding your client’s current and future hiring goals and challenges and translating those into relevant solutions and strategic account planning.
Hands-on, proactive, structured thinking with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and action items simultaneously without succumbing to stress.
Exceptional communication skills in English and at least one Nordic language, both written and spoken
