We are looking for an organized and kind Office Assistant to help ensure our Copenhagen office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis, as well as help out team members across the company in various projects. It is the perfect position if you are an energetic, structured, and positive individual.
As our Office Assistant, you will play an important role in growing Abzu by ensuring the day-to-day life in the office runs smoothly, and that all Abzoids (that’s what we call ourselves) have what they need. By being dedicated to making everything work easily and smoothly for all – and by paying attention to all practical details – you will help us create the best place to work. You will be in charge of organizing and coordinating the office administration and procedures.
For this role, your level of experience is not as important as your attitude and personality. Every day is different; you will have many interactions across our organization and the ability to work with all kinds of people from all over the world.
You’ll have a central role in making our office an amazing place to work and visit.
This includes tasks such as;
Welcoming guests and answering the Abzu info phone/forwarding messages.
Purchasing and handling office supplies, IT equipment, and food.
Ensuring organization and tidiness throughout the office and common areas.
Assisting with various recruitment coordination and onboarding/offboarding of employees.
Preparing and cleaning up after daily lunches and external meetings.
Assisting in the planning and coordination of team and office events.
Coordinating and scheduling with external partners such as our cleaning company, building management, delivery companies, and etc.
Ad hoc tasks: Providing administrative support to different departments as needed.
Excellent organizational, problem solving and planning skills.
Outgoing, positive, and welcoming personality.
Detail-oriented, and you get things done with a problem-solving attitude.
Like having a lot of different tasks going on simultaneously.
Proactive and able to work independently.
Enjoy creating and maintaining a great office environment for co-workers & guests.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Prior experience in an administrative role is an advantage (but not a requirement).
