HTHC is a Danish non-profit organization with an ambitious goal of improving healthcare for 1 billion people worldwide through digital health solutions. We attain this through collaborations and partnerships with all stakeholders within health: corporations, healthcare providers, hospitals, scaleups and decision-makers. We work to get high-quality digital health solutions into the hands of citizens, patients, and healthcare professionals, who need them the most.
With our partners, we perform technology scouting and strategic advisory and build an ecosystem to network in.
We work directly with 30+ of the most mature digital health solutions - our members.
We have a think tank role, providing analysis and decision-making support for political decision-makers in the healthcare sector.
As a Partnership Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our network of partners and nurturing existing relationships to drive our mission forward.
Your role will include:
Identify, research, establish contact with, and sign partners (especially corporate) who are committed to scaling digital health out to millions of people in need.
Draft up and present partnership proposals and contracts.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with current partners.
Collaborate with partners to understand their needs, requirements, and challenges.
Non-stop focus on how we can increase our impact through partnerships and increase our value for the partners.
Plan, manage, and deliver partnership projects by engaging your colleagues.
You are driven by a desire to make the world a better place. You have a team player attitude and believe that we create a higher impact when collaborating, both within the team and across organizations.
Required
Consultant profile with a proven track record (3+ years) in managing, serving and recruiting organizations as customers or clients. Could be from a large consultancy, NGO, or similar partner-driven organisation.
Great networking and relationship skills, good at building and nurturing professional relationships, including a fearless approach to initiating connections.
You need to be based in Denmark, ideally within commuting distance of Copenhagen.
Solid English language skills (especially in written communication); ability to create eye-catching and informative presentations, and excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Desired
Experience in/with healthcare: digital health and/or tech industry is preferred.
Danish-speaking or taking Danish classes is a plus.
Educational background is not important - your attitude and approach are.
Work with creating a real and meaningful impact on people's lives.
