We are looking for an experienced software developer to join us in the exciting role as team lead.

Product development thrills you and you have worked professionally with full-stack web application development. You'll be part of an autonomous product team where you will partner up with the team product manager in finding and developing solutions to the complex problems our customers face in the somewhat nerdy world of GDPR, NIS2, and compliance. 

The job 

You will lead and mentor a team of software wizards and bug busters taking full ownership of their professional development, while at the same time spearheading the entire software development saga, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries. As in any scale-up, you will combine your leadership role with the hands-on role of actively and diligently writing code on a daily basis, so you stay on top of the technical aspects of our work. 

What is your background? 

You are a full-stack expert and have previously led a team of developers. Creating a collaborative, productive and fun team environment is essential, and you know that clear and concise communication is a fundamental part of that. You know your way around a wide range of technologies and frameworks and to truly excel in this role, it’s vital that you are confident using the core components of our tech stack: .NET C# (or another similar object-oriented language), React TypeScript, and SQL / NoSQL database modeling. 

Our Tech team 

We are based in our cozy Copenhagen with 18 developers and a couple of testers organized into three teams. Our engagement is high, and we are passionate about our work creating the best platform and experience for our customers. In doing so we use tons of tools and frameworks, some of them being: Next.js, Terraform / Terragrunt, AWS (API Gateway, Lambda, Cognito, ECS Fargate, CloudWatch, SNS, SQS, etc.), a front-end stack that is fully in TypeScript with a separated component/styling library. We have automated deployment pipelines and automated testing with a combination of unit testing, integration testing and end-to-end testing with Playwright. 

When it comes to your everyday developer tools, you have the freedom to choose either Mac or Windows and also decide which IDE/Editor suits you the best.
