We are looking for a proactive, self-driven and dynamic IT Project Manager to support our organization working with our ERP system within an omnichannel environment. We expect this person to feel comfortable in building the IT team, define the roadmap and implementing new processes and tools withing the coming years.
Project lead on scaling new IT projects:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Assess project workload and budget based on project functional scoping and key activities associated.
Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Communicate project updates, benefits, project milestones and deadlines.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
Internal referent of our ERP Microsoft Business Central:
Leverage Microsoft BC as our platform for implementing business solutions.
Work with other teams and stakeholders to define requirements and configure Microsoft BC accordingly.
Oversee the implementation and adoption of new BC components.
Ensure integration with other systems and data sources (including integration with our mother company ERP, SAP).
Monitor and track subcontractor activities and budget
Manage Data Analysis and Microsoft PowerBI reports:
Collaborate with Management, Finance, Merchandising and Commercial teams to issue qualitative Business Analysis and reports.
Design and develop data models, dashboards, and reports using Microsoft PowerPlatform tools (PowerBI, PowerQuery, PowerApps, PowerAutomate).
As a part of the mission, the IT Project Manager will assist the Office Manager, Store Managers and Warehouse Manager with Infrastructure and Security topics. He / She will be the point of contact with external consulting providers.
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience as an IT Project Manager / IT specialist or similar position is preferred
Knowledge of ERP-systems (Business Central or SAP) and / or PowerBI.
Project Management skills and knowledge of how to run IT-projects
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks accordingly
Fluent in English, written and verbal. Danish is not a requirement but an advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Structured, organized, and analytical
Self-motivated and self-directed
Adaptable to busy surroundings and changing priorities

This position is full-time and located in Copenhagen. The IT Project Manager reports to the Head of Finance.
