Yay! Hello there! We are so happy to have caught your attention! We are looking for a passionate person to join our Operations team, and you may be our new colleague.
đź‘‹Â Meet Learningbank
We are a young Danish company with 40+ passionate Learningbankers, including learning experts, creative daredevils, tech-savvies, and many more. We have created the world's first Learning Lifecycle Platform that assists and engages companies with digital training. We are a learning partner, and our vision is to make people happier by making them better.
👩‍💻 The role & responsibilities
As our new Junior Security and Compliance Generalist, you will report directly to the VP of Operations and be a part of our small yet extremely effective Operations team.
Together with the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that legal and compliance is executed as a business tool and not only a legal tool. Your tasks will, for example, include the following:
Identify, scope, execute, and implement legal and compliance topics into daily operations.
Monitor policies and controls related to ISAE-3402.
Maintain Referral Agreements, Data Processing Agreements, and Terms and conditions, and informing Customers of updates in a timely manner.
Handle requests from customers related to legal- and compliance matters.
Work in Comply Cloud, including, but not limited to, maintaining GDPR policies and implementing these.
Maintain information security related to outsourcing (suppliers), including collecting, requesting, and storing Data Processing Agreements of our suppliers.
Provide training to your fellow LearningBankers on legal and compliance topics through our Learningbank Academy.
Handle security incidents and personal data breaches. Further, maintain security records.
In general, there is plenty of room to grow, and we don’t expect you to be an expert from day one. However, we do expect that you wear a Yes-hat. This is your opportunity to develop real-life competencies. In general, you need to be prepared for meeting new areas, help to execute, and support across departments with legal and compliance in different areas.
🔎 Who we are looking for
The right candidate for this role is someone who thrives in an environment where there’s a lot of autonomy and freedom, seizes the opportunity to drive meaningful results, and is excited to help Learningbank build our legal infrastructure and keep it closely connected to how we operate.
You have a natural interest in tech and the international scale-up scene, and you might be tech-savvy like the rest of our people.
You are a great communicator and possess both negotiation- and stakeholder management skills.
You are not afraid of working with unknown and – at times – complex areas.
You have a proactive mindset and are great at planning, prioritizing, and executing your own tasks.
You are proficient in the English language, both writing and speaking.
As this is a student position, we imagine that you have reached at least the third semester of your law studies (bachelor)Â (e.g., stud.jur., stud.HA.jur., stud.cand.merc.jur.), and you truly believe this is your next step, if not the first, in your career. That said, we encourage everyone to apply, regardless of how far you are with your law studies.
🚨 All the other stuff
The position is part-time (15 hours per week on average), and the hours are flexible to fit your studies. This can be coordinated and aligned with your leader on an ongoing basis.
Our cool headquarters is on Holmbladsgade 133, Amager, Copenhagen, close to the beach, Kløvermarken, Padel yards, great bars, restaurants, etc. Even though we do have our physical headquarters, we offer great flexibility, meaning many people work from home a few days a week.
What else do we offer? Well, a healthy and delicious (and cheap!) canteen operated by Meyers. Great colleagues. Exceptional good coffee. Health- and Pension Scheme. High well-being… You know the drill, we could continue, but we prefer to have this as a conversation instead!
💜 We can't wait to hear from you!
We encourage you to send your application as soon as possible. We will conduct ongoing screening and interviews.
We hope the right candidate can be flexible in terms of starting day.Â
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.Â
