We are looking for a smart and energetic design intern with the potential to become an amazing Digital Designer given the right support and training.

You will be responsible for our online presence in collaboration with the founding team. Your main task will be to create digital designs for the full customer journey incl. marketing, website, SoMe, emails, etc.

Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Designer, you will:

• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop creative assets for various digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, display ads, and websites.

• Design visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and animations that effectively communicate brand messages and engage target audiences.

• Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing materials by adhering to established design guidelines and style guides.

• Optimize digital content for various devices and screen sizes, ensuring a seamless user experience. Analyze marketing performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize design elements for better engagement and conversion rates.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets.

You are

• A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.

• At least 1-2 years of experience in designing digital marketing assets.

• Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and digital marketing best practices.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles is a plus.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• A portfolio showcasing your design skills, particularly in the context of digital marketing campaigns.
