Then you might fit the role of Pluto's Customer Success and Communication Manager. You will help make transportation safer and infrastructure maintenance more sustainable and data-driven.
Pluto Technologies is a fast-growing startup assembling a killer team to empower infrastructure maintenance with AI monitoring. Today, we're live with our first product focused on the largest public infrastructure endeavor in human history - roads.
You have hands-on experience with onboarding users onto SaaS products. You're a strong relationship builder, well organized, and enjoy having a diverse day with the opportunity to improve processes and bring new ideas to life. You are good at spotting patterns and when you come across the areas where our tutorials can be improved, you enjoy taking the initiative to transform the feedback into a better product experience.
Pluto Technologies is an early-stage, machine learning startup using AI monitoring of infrastructure to support better and safer roads. We collaborate closely with our customers and empower everyone on the team to share inputs and ideas for improvements. Our product is currently in use in Denmark, Sweden, the Faroe Islands, and Germany. We have a laser focus on building the best product possible and giving our team the freedom to act .
As a customer success manager, your role will be to make sure that our users get early wins with our products. This includes taking responsibility for the onboarding, but also keep improving our guides (written and video), so that our users have an easy place to turn to for self-learning. You will work closely with the CEO and the business team to get it out to as many municipalities and cities across the world.

Looking to be part of a small, flexible team
Fluent in English and Danish
Experience with onboarding users to SaaS products
Structured and capable of making manuals (written and video recordings)
Experience with using Hubspot as CRM
Experience with selling to the public sector
Video editing skills
Design skills (Figma, etc.)
Experience with Webflow
Experience with PR and blogging
Fluent in other languages (FR, SE, NO, NL, SP, DE, et. al.)
