Sustainary is a global non-profit organization focused on developing the Nordic and international green ecosystems and entrepreneurship, by fostering collaboration and innovation. We connect and spotlight new sustainable ideas to potential investors and future customers by organizing events, workshops, accelerator programs, expos, and awards. 

We are looking for two Digital Design interns for at least three months to support us with creating content for our digital platforms on our different programs and events. As part of the Sustainary team, you will be joining the design team, working towards the general growth of our brand.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development of creative concepts and ideas for design projects, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and project goals

• Utilize graphic design software and tools to create visually appealing designs, illustrations, and layouts

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the team.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, content, and development, to gather information and align design deliverables with project requirements.

Requirements: 

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, colour theory, and composition

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow design briefs and guidelines

• Ad hoc graphic design work and image editing

• Ability to create digital assets such as videos and a good understanding of web design

• Front-End development (basic understanding of WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus

We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible, latest by mid-October, but we are flexible and review applications on a rolling basis.
