Talent Garden Innovation School in Denmark - in collaboration with its accreditation partner KEA - is seeking expressions of interest from experienced professionals who would like to deliver educational content on an ad-hoc basis.

About the team:
You would collaborate primarily with our Learning Manager (Vincent Bruin) and be an extension of an efficient, passionate, international and fun team who love to help each other to succeed, drink a Friday beer together and work closely to make real magic happen.
That’s why we’re looking for new profiles to build our paid casual faculty of personable professionals who love to teach a class or two or three on the side of their regular income. Ideally you have a specialist knowledge of your field, a streak of altruism, joy in seeing others succeed and the confidence to lead the room.
Main Responsibilities
Designing and Delivering 2.5 hour interactive class(es) online with plenty of support from our Learning Manager.
Leading an online/hybrid discussion of real work case examples in Project Management methodology.
Encouraging active student participation.
Suggesting new learning materials in collaboration with our Learning Manager.
About you ⚡
You hold a valid Danish-CPR, i.e. registered resident in Denmark.
You have the legal right to Denmark, including ad-hoc employment.
You like to share your skills and be around others.
You feel confident speaking in front of an audience.
You have a proficient level of English - in both speaking and writing.
It’s a plus but not a requirement if you speak Danish.
You have work experience in one or more of the following areas of Project Management (PM) including but not limited to Risk Management, Communication, key PM methodologies, Monitoring, Project Closure.
You hold, as a minimum, a bachelor's degree (NQF Level 6 or higher).
Ideally in marketing, communications, business administration, advertising, psychology (or similar), relevant experience from either corporate agency, consultancy or the startup scene. You may have worked with project management, marketing consultancy, social media management or as a content manager, you may have done something completely else.
You hold one or more recognised Project Management certifications such as PMI, PMP, Scrum Master, CAPM, DASM.
You can demonstrate your experience coaching, teaching, or facilitating engaging learning experiences.
