Whistleblower Partners is looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team – Fully Remote or from our Copenhagen HQ
Whistleblower Partners is a leading compliance SaaS company, providing whistleblower solutions to more than 400 customers in Europe.
With our services we support whistleblowers to come forward in an anonymous and secure manner while supporting our customers in case handling and taking the right preventative initiatives. We provide compliance solutions and incident handling services, while we engage with experts and stakeholders to create organizations where prevention is a natural part of the culture.
We are headquartered in central Copenhagen (Denmark) and are a virtual organization working out of multiple locations in Europe, including Germany, France, the Netherlands, Finland and Sweden.
What will you be doing?
You will be mainly responsible for:
Attending virtual meetings with the prospects
Delivering presentation of our solution and handling any objections & questions
Agreeing next steps with potential clients such as scheduling another meeting, providing additional information or moving forward with the contract
Negotiating contracts with the prospects to reach a mutually beneficial agreement
Managing the sales cycle from the first system demo to the deal close ensuring each step is completed successfully
Diligently updating the CRM system with relevant information about prospects, interactions and deal progress
Who are you?
We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a competitive and results-oriented outbound sales environment and who meets the following qualifications:
Native Dutch speaking
English professional skills
Tracked record of success in sales, preferably with experience in closing deals
Ability to articulate the value and benefits of our solutions clearly and concisely
Strong negotiation skills to maintain a win-win approach when agreeing on contract terms, pricing and other deal-specific details
Proficiency with CRM systems to carefully track leads, interactions and keep an organized and up-to-date pipeline
Strong self-driven performance level with the ability to be a team player and be motivated by the team success
Preferably, you are based in Copenhagen, but we also offer the possibility to work fully remote from outside of Denmark. Finally, you are eager to take responsibility as an individual performer and demonstrate coachability and willingness to improve and deliver great results within a short time frame.

We offer a freelance agreement with a very fair guaranteed base salary and an uncapped sales commission salary model on top.
