As a Web Flow Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring an optimal user experience on our digital platforms by creating, optimizing, and maintaining seamless web flows. 


Specifically, you will:

  • Take care of web flow design and optimization: Conceptualize and design user-friendly and intuitive web flows. Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize the user journey and identify areas for optimization.

  • User Experience Enhancement: Ensure a seamless transition between different sections and pages of the website, enhancing the overall user experience. Optimize load times and reduce page abandonment by streamlining web flow components and assets.

  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with content creators to ensure that web flows align with the content strategy and support the intended user actions. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, and management to present design rationale, progress updates, and results of optimizations.

  • Data Analysis and Insights: Use web analytics tools to track user interactions, behavior, and conversion metrics within web flows. Interpret data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving user engagement and conversion rates. Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to the team and management.

  • Continuous Learning and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to web design, user experience, and conversion optimization. Experiment with new techniques and technologies to innovate and evolve web flows, enhancing user experience and achieving business goals.


We welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds, and the following attributes will contribute to your success in this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Web Design, UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proficiency in web design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

  • Webflow knowledge.

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

  • Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles.

  • Experience with A/B testing and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Optimizely).

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends.


Expected time commitment:

Dedicate 5 hours per week on average, to fulfill your responsibilities effectively.


Reporting line:

You will report directly to our CIO, receiving guidance and support to excel in your role.
