Whistleblower Partners is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team – Fully Remote or from our Copenhagen HQ
Whistleblower Partners is a leading compliance SaaS company, providing whistleblower solutions to more than 400 customers in Europe.
With our services we support whistleblowers to come forward in an anonymous and secure manner while supporting our customers in case handling and taking the right preventative initiatives. We provide compliance solutions and incident handling services, while we engage with experts and stakeholders to create organizations where prevention is a natural part of the culture.
We are headquartered in central Copenhagen (Denmark) and are a virtual organization working out of multiple locations in Europe, including Germany, France, the Netherlands, Finland and Sweden.
What will you be doing?
You will be mainly responsible for:
Cold calling new leads and proposing meetings to prospects in your native language
Utilising LinkedIn, email and phone channels to ensure higher chances of success
Delivering the value proposition and handling objections on initial call
Schedule and coordinate sales meetings between potential clients and sales representatives
Proactively identify opportunities for booking additional meetings with existing and potential clients
Diligently updating our CRM system and help building a healthy pipeline for your local market
Follow up to confirm meeting details, send meeting reminders, and address any changes or conflicts
Who are you?
We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a competitive and results-oriented outbound sales environment and who meets the following qualifications:
Native French speaking
Excellent English skills (verbal and written)
Proven success in outbound meeting booking and online sales
Winning personality that radiates through the telephone and in online meetings
Motivated by the day-to-day and hour-to-hour successes
Strong self-driven performance level with the ability to be a team player and be motivated by the team success
Understanding of the target company and mapping out the decision makers
Experience with relevant systems like the Microsoft Suite, Dialer systems & CRM systems
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple calendars, schedules, and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferably, you are based in Copenhagen, but we also offer the possibility to work fully remote from outside of Denmark.
Finally, you are eager to take responsibility as an individual performer and demonstrate coachability and willingness to improve and deliver great results within a short time frame.

We offer a freelance agreement with a very fair guaranteed base salary and an uncapped sales commission salary model on top.
