Your role at our company 🤝
As our new Sales Manager, you’ll join one of the most ambitious and creative sales teams to exist in the restaurant booking systems industry. Our Sales team is composed of hungry individuals from all walks of life with a wide variety of professional backgrounds. From former restaurant employees to experienced SaaS sales reps., DinnerBooking is where you’ll succeed with sales, as long as you’re a social individual with a passion for the craft of sales.
Each Sales Manager will work in two Scandinavian countries, so proficiency in a Scandinavian language is an absolute must. The sales team is tasked with providing expert guidance and bringing in new customers before handing them over to the Relations team. Notably, handover only takes place once new customers have been properly on-boarded and activated which means that you’ll need a customer-centric approach to succeed.
What you will need to thrive in this role 👊
3+ years of experience in outbound sales
Proficiency in English and at least one Scandinavian language
The ability to work from our fantastic office at Amager in Copenhagen (trust us, you’ll love it)
A people person: You are well-liked by your work relations, driven by your genuine interest in other people. You’re empathic, energetic, humorous and love to leave a lasting impression on anyone you meet.
A client-centric mindset: obsessed with client outcomes, doing what it takes to deliver the client’s expectations, understanding your client’s current and future business goals and challenges and translating those into relevant solutions and strategic account planning.
Hands-on, proactive, structured thinking with the ability to motivate yourself.

You have past experience in the restaurant industry or with B2B sales (SaaS & Technical solutions)
You have a track record of good results in your previous jobs.
You’re experienced in HubSpot or similar CRMs and leverage such tools with easy to boost your productivity
